Application of certain sections relating to elections.- (1) The provisions of sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 shall apply mutatis mutandis in respect of election to Taluk Panchayat, the application being to the 1[Civil Judge (Senior Division)] 1 having jurisdiction and the deposit as security for costs being one thousand rupees.
