Inserted by Act 12 of 1953. (38b) "State Act" shall mean an Act passed by the Legislature of a State established or continued by the Constitution; 1[(38c) "State Government",- (a) as respect anything done after the commencement of the Constitution and before the commencement of the Constitution (Seventh Amendment) Act, 1956, shall mean the Rajpramukh of the State of Mysore; and (b) as respect anything done 1[x x x]1 after the commencement of the Constitution (Seventh Amendment) Act, 1956, 1[and before 1st November, 1973]1 shall mean the Governor of the State of Mysore;]1
