Meetings of the Authority.- (1) Meetings of the Authority shall be convened by the Deputy Commissioner, with the previous approval of the Chairperson at such intervals as the Chairperson may deem fit and shall be held at such place, as may be determined by the Chairperson: Provided that, the Authority shall meet atleast four times in a calendar year. (2) Every meeting shall be presided by the Chairperson and if for any reason the Chairperson is unable to attend any meeting, Vice Chairperson shall preside over the meeting. (3) Decisions of the Authority shall be, by unanimous affirmative vote of the members present and voting. If there is any difference of opinion on any particular subject coming for decision before the Authority, the Deputy Commissioner shall refer the matter to the State Government and the decision of the State Government in such matters shall be final. (4) The Deputy Commissioner shall give effect to the decisions of the Authority.
