Power to make regulations.- The Authority may, by notification and with previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and the rules made thereunder for enabling it to perform its functions under this Act. The regulations may be made in respect of any matter which is required to be or may, in the opinion of the Authority be provided by regulations.
