Levy of Fee.- (1) It shall be lawful for the Authority to levy, at such rate as may, by regulations be specified, fee and other charges for grant of permission, maintenance of the exhibition and other centers in the Scheduled area. (2) All the fee and other charges realised under this Act shall be credited to the Authority fund.
