Prohibition of unlawful assembly.- A group of five or more persons shall not gather, assemble, congregate at any time with the view or intention to deliberate on, or condemning any marriage on the ground that such marriage has dishonoured the caste, tribe, community, tradition or is against the wishes of the family or community.
