Application of Bharathiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023.- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the Bharathiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023) shall apply to the proceedings under this Act.
