Unlawful assembly.- Any person or persons participating in any unlawful assembly as described in section 7 including every member participating therein directly or indirectly, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not less than six months but which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.
