Central Act No. 67 of 1957 to prevail.—Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to affect the operation of the Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957) and the rules, made thereunder, and the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of the said Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957.
