Certain offences to be cognizable.—All offences under Chapter X and under section 104A and rules made thereunder shall be cognizable.]3 1[104C. Abetment.—Any person including, subject to section 114, any Forest Officer, who abets the Commission of any offence punishable by or under this Act or the commission of an act which would be an offence if committed by a person capable by law of committing an offence with the same intention or knowledge as that of the abetter, shall be deemed to have committed such offence and shall be punishable with the punishment provided for such offence.
