Inserted by Act 16 of 1993 w.e.f. 11.5.1993. (m) a person nominated by the State Government from among Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes connected with the fishing interest; (n) two persons nominated by the State Government connected with fishing interest; (o) the Managing Director of the Authority shall be the Secretary of the Authority.
