Power to issue directions regarding jurisdiction.- The Commissioner may by general or special order in writing direct that the powers conferred on an Entertainments Tax Officer of an area by or under this Act, shall, in respect of any specified place of entertainment in such area be exercised by the Entertainments Tax Officer of any other area whereupon the Entertainments Tax Officer of such other area may exercise and perform the same powers and functions in respect of such place of entertainment as the former officer.]1
