Power to remove difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty. * * * * 1958: KAR. [No. RD 95 ENX 58–4] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Mysore Entertainments Tax Act, 1958 (Mysore Act No. 30 of 1958), the Government of Mysore hereby specifies the all the provisions of the said Act (except Section 19) shall come into force from the First day of January, 1959, in all the area of the State other than the areas in which they have come into force under the said sub-section.
