Protection of action taken under the Act.- No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or any officer or servant of the Government or any person acting under the direction of the Government or of any officer or servant of 15 the Government in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or orders made thereunder.
