Definitions.- In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,- (1) 1[Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation]1 ''means the Karnataka 1[Power Transmission Corporation]1 constituted under section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (Central Act 54 of 1948);
