Medical Examinations and Health services.- (1) The State Government may prescribe rules as to the conduct of medical examinations and medical inspections of students in recognised educational institutions, and such rules, in particular make provision requiring that any class of such examinations or inspections shall be conducted by duly qualified medical practitioners having such special qualifications or experience as may be prescribed, or shall be conducted by a duly qualified medical practitioners selected by any educational authority. (2) The State Government shall endeavour to establish an educational health service for the purpose of rendering medical or health assistance to students attending the recognised educational institutions.
