Classification of educational institutions.- The educational 28 institutions shall be classified as follows:- (a) state institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by State Government; (b) local authority institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by a local authority, and (c) private educational institutions, that is to say,. educational institutions established or maintained and administered by any person or body of persons registered in the manner prescribed.
