Penalty for copying at examinations.- Whoever is found by an invigilator or any other person appointed to supervise the conduct of an examination contravening section 24 shall, on conviction, be punished with an imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
