Term of office and conditions of services.- (1) Subject to the pleasure of the State Government, the non-official members nominated by the State Government shall hold office for a period of three years. (2) Any non-official nominated member may resign his office by writing addressed to the Chairperson of the Authority but shall continue in his office until his resignation is accepted by the State Government. (3) The non-official member shall receive such allowances as may be prescribed.
