Repeal and Savings.- (1) The Karnataka Determination of Seniority of the Government Servants Promoted on the basis of Reservation (to the posts in the civil services of the State) Ordinance (No.2), 2002 (Karnataka Ordinance 5 of 2002) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinances shall be deemed to have been done or taken Under this Act.
