Revision by the Deputy Commissioner.- The Deputy commissioner may, on his own motion any time or on the application within thirty days from the date of receipt of order by the Debt Relief Officer by any person aggrieved by an order passed under sub-section (9) of section 5, sub-section (4) of section 6 and sub-section (4) of section 14, call for and examine the records of the proceedings leading to such order, for the purpose of satisfying himself as to the legality of such proceeding and may pass such orders with respect thereto as he thinks fit: Provided that no such order shall be made except after giving the person affected a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
