Act to override other laws, contracts etc.-The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) or in any other law for the time being in force or any custom, usage or contract or decree or order of a court or other authority.
