Suits not otherwise provided for.- In suits not otherwise provided for, fee shall be payable at the following rates:— (i) In a Revenue Court 1[Rupees Fifty.]1 (ii) In any Civil Court Rupees twenty if the value of the subject matter is Rs. 5,000 or less; rupees one hundred if the value is above Rs. 5,000 but below Rs. 10,000; and rupees two hundred if the value is Rs. 10,000 and above.
