Appeal.- (1) Any person aggrieved by the order of the competent authority under section 6 may, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order of the competent authority appeal to the Assistant Commissioner of the Revenue Sub-Division concerned. (2) The Assistant Commissioner may, after giving an opportunity of being heard to both the appellant and respondents, pass orders on such appeal, which shall be final. A copy of the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner shall be sent to the Competent Authority concerned.
