Recovery of dues as arrears of land revenue .- Whenever any sum is due to be paid by any land holder under sub-section (2) of section 16 has not been paid within the time prescribed for such payment, it shall be recoverable with interest at such rates as may be prescribed in the same manner as arrears of land Revenue.
