Limit on State Government's subscription.- The State Government's subscription in the share capital of any Society under the Co- operative Credit Structure shall not exceed twenty-five percent of the total paid up share capital of such society. Provided that the State Government may further reduce its contribution or such society shall have option to further repay the subscription of the State Government and if the society intends to repay the subscription of the State Government, it shall not be prevented from doing so by the State Government.
