Overriding effect of Chapter XIA.- Notwithstanding anything contrary or inconsistent contained in any other chapter of this Act or rules framed there under or bye-laws of any co-operative society or orders issued there under, the provisions of this chapter shall have overriding effect 1 [except the provisions of sections 12, 16, 17, 19A, 20, 27, 27A, 27B, 28, 28A, 2[28C, 28D]2 29C, 29E, 29F, 29G, 30, 2[30B]2 31, 39A, 39AA, 56, 57A, 63, 64, 65, 70, 72, 108 & 3[109 and 121]3] 1 in respect of societies in co-operative credit structure.
