Mortgages executed in favour of 1 [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] 1 to stand vested in 1 [State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] 1 .- The mortgages executed in favour of, and all other assets transferred to an 1 [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] 1 by the members thereof shall, with effect from the date of such execution or transfer, be deemed to have been transferred by such 1 [Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] 1 to the 1 [State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] 1 and shall vest in the Trustee.
