Charge of debenture holders on certain properties.- The holders of the debentures shall have a floating charge on,— 1959:KAR.ACT 11] Co-operative Societies 115 (a) all such mortgages and assets as are referred to in clause (a) of sub- section (3) of section 79; (b) the amount paid under such mortgages and remaining in the hands of the Board or of the Trustee; and (c) the other properties of the 1 [State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] 1 .
