Indemnity.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Registrar or any person subordinate to him or acting on his authority 2 [or the 3 [Director of Co-operative Audit] 3 or any other person subordinate to him acting on his authority] 2 1 [or against the new *board* of the co-operative society or the Administrator or the Special Officer appointed under section 30 or section 30A] 1 in respect of anything in good faith done or purporting to have been done under this Act.
