Power to invest 1[Senior Civil Judge]1 with jurisdiction under certain Acts.—(1) The High Court may, by notification, invest any 1[Senior Civil Judge]1 within such local limits and subject to such pecuniary limitation as may be specified in such notification, with all or any of the powers of a 17 District Judge or a District Court, as the case may be, under the following Acts, namely:—
