Whereas it is expedient to amend the Karnataka Cine and Cultural Activists (Welfare) Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act 46 of 2024) for the purposes hereinafter appearing; Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the seventy sixth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
