1[Duties of the establishment owner.-]1 1[Every establishment owner]1 shall be required to,- (a) deposit the amount of Cine and Cultural Activists welfare cess levied as per section 9 by tenth day of each calendar month; and (b) submit half yearly return in such form as may be prescribed, by 1[tenth day of the succeeding month]1 including all information as may be prescribed, through online or web portal designed for this purpose.
