Appointment of Secretary.- (1) The State Government shall appoint a Group 'B' officer of the Department of Endowment, Government of Karnataka, as the Secretary of the Authority. (2) The Secretary and other officers shall receive such salary and other allowances as the State Government may, from time to time, determine. (3) The State Government may, from time to time, grant leave of absence to the Secretary for such period as it thinks fit.
