Power to enter and inspect.- Any officer not below the rank of Group „A‟ officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf, shall, subject to such conditions as may be specified therein under the Karnataka Educational Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1984 (Karnataka Act 37 of 1984) shall be deemed to the Officer authorised to exercise the same power and discharge the same functions as provided under section 9 of the Act for the purpose of this Act.
