Power to establish constituent College, additional campuses, Regional Centers or Study Centers and Research Centers.- The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centers, Research Centers, additional campuses and Study Centers at such places in the State after five years of establishment of the University with the prior approval of the government subject to the norms of University Grants Commission and other National Accreditation bodies as it deems fit.
