Transitional Provisions.- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provisions of this Act and the Statues,- (i) the first Vice-Chancellor and Pro-Vice-Chancellor(s), if any shall be appointed by the Chancellor; (ii) the first Registrar, the first Registrar (Evaluation) and the first Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor; and (iii) the first Board of Management, the first Academic Council, the first Innovation and Research Council, the first Finance Committee and the first Estate and Works Committee shall be constituted by the Chancellor.
