The Ombudsman.- (1) The Sponsoring Body shall nominate an outstanding person as an Ombudsman for the University to overview the operations of the University through a suitable feedback mechanism. The Ombudsman shall ensure the efforts of the University towards the key values of integrity, impartiality, transparency, equity and justice.
