Disqualification of membership of an Authority or Body.- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if he,- (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) is an undischarged insolvent (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; 28 (e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere; and (f) as and when the Board of Governors takes a decision in writing for the reasons to be recorded that a Member of any of the authorities or bodies is unfit to hold the post.
