Authorities of the University.- The following, shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (i) The Court; (ii) The Board of Governors; (iii) The Board of Management; (iv) The Academic Council; (v) The Research and Innovation Council; (vi) The Finance Committee; (vii) Estates and Works Committee; and (viii) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University
