The Finance Officer.- (1) The Chancellor shall appoint the Finance Officer of the University on the recommendation of the Vice Chancellor on such conditions and terms provided in the statutes. The Finance Officer shall exercise all such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred by the Statutes and/ or as directed by the Vice-Chancellor from time to time. (2) The Financial Officer shall be responsible for carrying out all the activities related to the financial and its regulatory activities of the University.
