Appointment of Accounts Officer and other officers.- (1) The State Government shall appoint an officer of the State Audit and Accounts Service, not below the rank of a Assistant Controller to be the Accounts Officer of the Authority. (2) The Accounts Officer shall report to the Commissioner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
