Appointment of the Commissioner.- The State Government shall appoint, an officer not below the rank of Group-A (Senior scale) of the State Civil Service, Chief of any local or other authority or working in the University in a post not less than that of Professor who is familiar with the historical and cultural development to be the Commissioner of the Authority.
