Delegation of Chief Commissioner's extraordinary power.- The Chief Commissioner may on his own responsibility and by order in writing authorise the health officer, the engineer, the revenue officer or any other officer who is the head of a department working under the Chief Commissioner, or any person in temporary charge of the duties of any of the officers aforesaid to exercise the extraordinary powers conferred on him by clause (b) of sub-section (5) of section 64. 41
