Chief Commissioner to carry on correspondence.- All correspondence relating to any matter dealt with, by or under this Act or under any other law between the corporation and the Government or other authority shall be conducted by the Chief Commissioner and the Chief Commissioner shall send copies of such correspondence to the Mayor.
