Official display of flag.- (1) No person shall fly any flag other than the National Flag or a flag approved by the Government on the office of the Corporation. (2) Whoever contravenes sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand or with both and in the case of continuing contravention with a further fine which may extend to rupees five hundred for each day during which the contravention continues.
