Application of term "public servant", to corporation officers, agents and sub-agents.- Every councillor, officer or servant, every contractor or agent for the collection of any corporation tax, fee or other sum due to the corporation and every person, employed by any such contractor or agent for the collection of such tax, fee, or sum shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
