Publication in newspapers.- Whenever it is provided by this Act or by any rule, bye-law or regulation made under it that notice shall be given by advertisement in the local newspapers or that a notification or any information shall be published in the same, such notice, notification or information shall be inserted in at least one English and one Kannada newspaper published in the city.
