Penalty for un-authorised use of the corporation property.- Whoever dishonestly misappropriates or converts to his own use any corporation property or puts into improper or un-authorised use such property shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or with both. 138
