Exhibition of rules, bye-laws and regulations.-(1)Printed copies of byelaws and of rules and regulations shall be hung up in some conspicuous part of the corporation office. (2) No corporation officer or servant shall prevent any person from inspecting at any reasonable time copies so exhibited. (3) No person shall, without lawful authority, destroy, pull-down, injure or deface any copies exhibited as above or any board to which the copies have been affixed. 137
